Day 2: Varanasi Sightseeing
Wake up early morning and catch the sunrise on the Ganges. After breakfast, visit the famous Banaras Hindu University, and then visit the old bylanes of Varanasi. In the evening, see the famous Ganga Aarti.

Day 3: Sarnath
After breakfast, visit the famous stupas at Sarnath, which is one of the eight important Buddhist locations in the world. See the place where Gautama Buddha delivered his first sermon and also see the Iron Pillar, which influenced the Indian Emblem.

Day 4: Bodh Gaya
Post breakfast, leave for Bodh Gaya. At Bodh Gaya, see the place where Gautama Buddha attained his nirvana. Also see the ancient Buddhist monasteries which housed monks for several centuries.

Day 5: Vaishali
Visit the ancient Nalanda University, which was the centre of knowledge in its era. You can also visit Rajgir and then make your way to Vaishali, where Gautama Buddha first came to after renouncing his life in Kapilavastu. Vaishali is the birth place of Mahavira, one of the important names in Jainism.
